Bread Day and Winter Wellness Class!

What a glorious fall it has been! This November we still have flowers blooming, green plants alive with foliage that have yet to be killed by a frost. But we know that the snow is near, and soon we will be bundled up and spending more time indoors.

WINTER WELLNESS - HERBAL SKILLS CLASS

We still have a few spots left in our next Herbal Skills Class, and this one is essential for the upcoming season.

Saturday, Nov. 13th, 10am - noon

Are you curious about which herbal tonics are the most useful for keeping your family’s immune systems strong? Heard of Echinacea and Elderberry, but the remedies you’ve tried weren’t that effective? Chrystal, our Village Herbalist will explain (from her 20+ years of experience) why this may be, how to make the most potent and effective tonics, and which to use when.

In this 2 hour class, you will learn how to make:

  • Fire Cider

  • Herbal Honeys

  • Immune Tea Blend

  • Echinacea Tincture

  • Elderberry Tincture (to take home)

Class is $45 per person and includes the cost of supplies to make the elderberry tincture. Join us for this hands on class and go home with a ton of herbal wisdom you can practice and pass along to others.

PLENTY BREAD DAY

We are so excited to be back to bread baking this month! If you haven’t already, place your pre-order on our site (click market) and we will have them ready for you on Friday, November 19th! We will email you the week of baking to share the pick up time and address in Downtown Loveland.

All of our bread is made with organic grains, freshly ground the day before and slow-rise fermented for optimum digestibility and flavor. Hand shaped and baked in our wood-fired oven, these loaves are packed with love, intention and care. We bake just once per month during fall and winter, so order what you would like and some for the freezer!
