Pain d'Epi means 'wheat stalk loaf' in french.  This lovely loaf is made with our baguette flour blend to give you the chew and amazing crust you'll love. Shaped with scissors, the loaf transforms into the shape of a slender stalk of wheat. With the shape of this beauty, you'll be able to rip and tear into it easily, or share with friends.

All of our loaves are made with organic ingredients, traditionally fermented for a slow, full-flavor rise and optimum nutrition, hand shaped and baked in our wood-fired oven.
