Listada de Gandia is a highly productive Spanish Heirloom eggplant known for its beautiful purple and white striped, oval shaped fruit. Thriving in hot weather, these 5–8 inch fruits are thin-skinned and tender, requiring no peeling. A Plenty Farms favorite!
